Our seats get moved back 4" and are comfortable to ride (also heavily gusseted for strength). The Rear wheels bearings are taken out and the wheels Hub is turned out for High Quality Sealed Roller bearings as the stock ones would go out in a couple hundred miles and these are industrial sealed grade (poss. last 20 years+) there is an additional brake added for ultimate stopping power. The Intake and exhaust flanges are re-fabbed to actually fit and allow enough flow that you can almost pull a wheely off the start. This model has the 1 gallon tank. Few other mods like an American steel mounting plate for the rear sprocket assembly and an actual skate board wheel turned down and on a special bracket fabbed for this build. Exhaust is a Polished Drawn out Straight pipe with rear expansion chamber.

Our New Tank Emblem Design is done and now goes with the kit. Here are 3 of our  Greatfull Customers tanks first 3 Production tanks!

Rick from SpeedSter's here. This is an advertisement of our shop in Kelso Washington. I have been building, Customizing, Installing, Upgrading, and designing Motorized Bicycles for 3 years now and    came across several Upgrades that I use as a standard to the Highest quality kits available from the Manufacturers to have a serviceable, dependable, Handy, Comfortable, Dependable, Reliable, Durable, Powerful and Ridable Machine after I'm done with each Bike and Kit (Heavy Duty).

We currently have 3 Bikes in stock and are selling kits and parts and doing customs and standards. I have built 45 of these Bikes most of which are one of the Blackie or Ol Grey Models and they are all running down the road saving people money on gas and having a ball.

Pic 1 is an Old Grey Custom the Tucker Lee Package for $645 It has another Clamshell adapter for line trued Sprocket (similar to my technique but with a machined no spoke tension clamp .Huge 12 ga spokes on 26 x 2.125" Steel wheels (Rear hub and wheel is matched with We are taking orders and currently have 3 Bikes in stock Pic 1 is an Old Grey Custom the Tucker Lee Package for $645 It has another Clamshell adapter for line trued Sprocket (similar to my technique but with a machined no spoke tension clamp .Huge 12 ga spokes on 26 x 2.125" Steel wheels (Rear hub is a Famous Heavy Duty KT HISTOP)

2nd Pic is the $410 Blackie Standard w/66cc Silver Eagle in it, all mounting converted to USA 1/4 and 3/8" Grade B7, Rear running light and mirror, Our Custom Tank Cals top(the Blackie Emblem) and sides but without them speed lines (optional).

And this 3rd picture is a ($425) Blackie with the Very Low Vibration and sound but a very good performer the Super 60, With the Upgraded stud and mounts to American mounting thats the only way I'll sell a bike to a customer!, AnyHow this also has a springer and a Double Braced front fender.Even though there are other Companies selling similar looking bikes with the same name there are several factories therse are manufactured in and since I order across seas and have tried them all I found the Finest Factory and buy them from a local Importer in bulk I've learned the rightway to do things to these bikes that must be done in order to have a long life ahead of them, Like our mounting procedures and Heavy duty Studs Mounts Bolts Shims, Bracketing, Special no crack cuts, welded exhaust, welded Chain guard, HEAVY HEAVY FENDER BRACE AND BRACKETING(Youcan't send someone a springer and a stock fender Like they are doing and not have it brake at the front mount .. Its a pivot point and that is dangerous as Hell! I use loctite, I have 6700 miles on one of these bikes I've built and it still pulls 2 people up a steep hill! The Engine below goes on the first Blackie Custom with "Custom" Chrome fender tag and the Tank Decals on the tank!

A designer of Longview, Wa has the coolest tools to get exactly what We needed. We have these available fo$5 or free to a SpeedSter motors bike owner! The customizing tank chrome $3 FOR 34".

We'll soon be having a Customs only page and a chat and tips room plus paypal which we can do now upon an Email request for your Invoice for which Item you want. I will then confirm a shipping method, down payement or pickup Method  Thanks, Rick!

Well soon be having a Customs only page and a chat and tips room plus paypal which we can do now upon an Email request for your Invoice for which Item you want. I will then confirm a shipping method, down payement or pickup Method  Thanks, Rick!

We do that. Here are some of the exhausts. China puts low temp paint on thier export exhausts(Catalytic converters w/up to 80% eff.)

These are processed as the biggest distributers don't do it and the kits I get from them need the paint stripped because the vapours off of a Black exhaust from most any Factory from China right now( except Livefast or us) will melt, bubble off or smoke you out until your green.   When these are stripped I always have taken the time to (Mig)Weld the cap on as the baffles in these are plates and need no maintenance. Then I Paint them up with Semi-Gloss Black 1000 deg. Paint.

Then I take the Engine out and shave the front and rear Block Flat so the Front and the rear have satisfactory contact with their counterparts.

As you can see this unshaved   mount is a different heighth on each side.  On our special 1/4" thick flat plate I've designed with the best length to utilize the rigidy for less vibration travel these would not mount flat.

Surface ground flat (good!)

as you can see in this picture our specialty Oversized tube/Reach Flat bar mount requires a surface flat all the way accross. Furthermore, on our front mount, the saddle in between the frame tube and the front mount needs to be drummed on one side to make up for the angle distance on the bottom is shorter (depending on the manu and model of the engine) so the bottom saddle cuttout needs to be ground deeper.

As shown in the pic the back block mount needs to seat flat no matter what Engine or installation your doing whether its a Cruiser, Old bike, Mt bike, and etc. the rear studs are the ones that can shear off very easily if you don't do this. So in addition I "Yes... Heavy Duty" go the extra distance and tap the rear stud holes out to 1/4" B7 Which is very tuff. With this combination of upgrades on the mounting I have acheived 6602 miles on one Motorized bike (and the same engine) the 43' Messinger found on Motoredbikes.Com. My handle is Hot dog Piggy Tails)  any questions you come up with can be addressed by me(Rick@SpeedSterMotors.Com) but are possibly already posted there..And answered by one of us Senior members. Id be glad to help!

When choosing a fender it is Important to keep safety in mind!

($155) A Quick Comparison between the leading brands shows the most balanced(our NTJL on left) is the more balanced. There are scresw(Machine) in the competitors which is a different density than the crank and can also loosen up but ultimately ours is consistent density and chamfered on the outer edge to induce centered forward Magnitude! Its not several peices its closer to that of a high performance 2 cycle less vibration up and down and side by side.
